Paula Baracho Rosas Ribeiro (born July 31, 1981 in Recife, Brazil) is a freestyle swimmer from Brazil. She won the silver medal in the women's 4x200m freestyle relay at the 2003 Pan American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. A resident of São Paulo, she also represented her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.
